Personal Fitness
Strength training allows students to develop and apply learned knowledge of personal fitness components to individual fitness programs. Personal Fitness will focus on continuously improving muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Students will be graded on daily effort, assignments, and projects.
